Embedded Literacy and Numeracy sample resources

Created a custom ChatGPT, "Adult Literacy & Numeracy Pro" for lecturers to help embed literacy and numeracy into their vocational programmes.  Created a short introduction video for lecturers new to using AI tools.

Also created a Copilot agent, "Literacy & Numeracy Kaiārahi" as an alternative for lecturers to help embed literacy and numeracy into their vocational programmes.  Created another short introduction video for lecturers.

Analysed the LNAATs of ākonga at steps 1-2 on the adult learning progressions and created a spreadsheet with the most common challenges and contextual activities lecturers could use in their programmes. 

Created a series of embedded resources based on the Adult Literacy Reading Collection story Fili's Fall.  Tauira needed to read the story and then fill out an Accident Investigation form.  The activities focussed on developing tauira vocabulary for many of the medical terms used for the injuries listed in the form.
